Amy Rowley Style - Fenwick Colchester, Meet The Designers Event

I was very happy to see a message in my inbox inviting me to a Meet The Designers event at Fenwick Colchester. Having been part of the accessories team for just over a year myself, it felt fantastic to be going back into the store as a blogger and having the chance to write exciting things about all of my favourite brands. Already a big jewellery junkie I know a lot of the brands in Fenwick Colchester inside out. They have a beautiful selection of designers showcasing some incredible pieces, there truly is something for everybody.

So, on Saturday I head over to Fenwick to see what they had going on in store. I was lucky enough to see some of the brands in action and new ones too, perfect for someone like me who is always on the hunt for something different.

First things first we kicked off the trip with a glass of bubbly (of course) and a talk with one of my favourite Fenwick ladies, Laura, the jewellery buyer. Laura does a fantastic job along with Julie another Accessories buyer, to find the latest brands, designs and fashion trends, so that they can inject it into the store. Since the refurbishment which was finished late last year, Fenwick Colchester has been the talk of the town and I can see why. They have tried to make it more trend based, so when you walk in it's almost as if you were in a flagship London store.

After catching up I went round to see some of the displays that were going on in the department. A lovely lady from the wonderful Alex Monroe ( a firm favourite of mine) was displaying some of the intricate techniques they use on the handcrafted jewellery. All of Alex Monroe's collection holds incredible detail and is made here in the UK. Without a doubt he is most famous for the Bee necklace, but more recently they worked on a Beauty and The Beast collection which was simply stunning.

 * Alex's sketchbooks showcasing the original designs for his jewellery pieces *

I then spoke to Georgiana from the jewellery brand Georgiana Scott, about their wonderful hoop station. Now, I never used to be a lover of hoops but late last year I got the urge tot try them and i've never felt so sassy. They have a wonderful range of hoops, Sterling silver, gold or rose gold plated. Perfect if you want a nice pair but don't want to pay the earth for them as their starting point is great value.

I then spoke to another lovely lady who worked for Lisa Angel, this is a relatively new brand for Fenwick Colchester and the perfect brand if you're looking for a gift. They have a range of engravable necklaces, bracelets and key-rings, all around the £20 mark! They are silver or gold plated so a good quality piece too.

 I was lucky enough to receive a rose gold bar necklace, which the lady kindly engraved my name into! Fenwick also offer a complimentary engraving service on lots of products not just the Lisa Angel range. Perfect for a birthday/Christmas present or even something just that little bit more sentimental, after all personalized products are so on trend at the moment.

Last but not least I was lucky enough to meet Rosie Fortescue, who has recently launched her collection in the Fenwick store. She was lovely and just as beautiful as she is in pictures. I spoke to her about her range and she explained that her jewellery was an extension of all her favourite pieces and designs. We talked about her passion to inject colour and brightly coloured stones into her collection. The range itself, is beautiful with a mixture of designs ranging from more delicate pieces to the bolder earrings and even the incredibly cool hand cuff.

Kindly, I was gifted a piece from the range. I chose a delicate choker or shorter chained rose gold necklace with pink stones. It works as the perfect layering piece or well on its own with a low neckline to compliment it's design. You will see this styled very soon on the blog and over on my Instagram (@amyrowleyy).

I had a lovely afternoon at the Fenwick Colchester store and will definitely be popping in for my jewellery updates soon. Alongside the incredible jewellery brands that I've already mentioned, they stock Chlobo, Links of London, Olivia Burton and Astley Clarke, to name a few.

If you would like to pop in and check out their current stock, they are running an exclusive event on today and they are open till 9pm. Receive 20% off most brands across the store and treat yourself. (terms and conditions apply)

A big thank you to Fenwick for inviting me along, I hope you enjoyed this post, I definitely enjoyed writing it!

Lets Party, Christmas Edition - Part 1

Yes thats right, its the most magical time of the year, which can mean only one thing and that's getting dressed up, wearing all things sparkly and cracking out that red lipstick that only gets the love this time of year. So i thought ;d show you how i would do a Christmas party or night out, this year. Unfortunately i dont have many plans to get all dressed up this winter so it gave me a little excuse to have fun with it too. For my first look i went for a classic going out 'Amy' look, with quite a tight fitting midi dress, but this time with a twist. I normally always go for a dress with this fit, as sometimes dresses that flare or flounce or flow, can make me look like a little child fairy, instead of a woman on a mission haha! However i was a little more daring with my next look which will be going live very soon. Anyway back to the outfit and the main star of the show in this look, and thats the dress. This little Gem is from the Topshop petite section, which means it fits like a glove and isn't too long for my very short legs. Its a gorgeous navy velvet and lace combination that just shouts elegance. If you haven't already go and check out my velvet Blog post here. It just fits in all the right places and feels like great quality. Even better, it has a small slit up the back, so its really easy to move in and feels very comfortable to wear. No awkward limping up the stairs situation coming your way in this baby!

* Velvet Dress - Topshop, (similar) Shoes - Newlook, Bag- Rebecca Minkoff *

For shoes, i thought i would go all in with the velvet trend, with this grey velvet stilettos. I love Pointed stilettos. They are my favourite kind of heel and already i have quite a collection in my wardrobe. I personally am not a fan of having cold toes, so sandals, this time of year are a no go for me, and the pointed finish to the shoes, always does a good job of elongating my legs, and making me look a lot more sophisticated then i actually am. These bad boys, were a right little find in my local new look, at £11.49!! I mean what a bargain, bit of an odd number but hey i definitely wasn't complaining. I will be getting my money's worth with these one's thats for sure.

For accessories, i wanted to keep it simple and let the dress do that talking, however i couldn't not wear my new little Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac, to finish it all off. This bag was my only Black Friday bargain, down from £170 to £45!? Shamazing deal that i couldn't pass up. I like the metal detailing on the bag and it just gives it a little edge to the outfit.

As i said at the beginning no Christmas outfit is complete without a pop of red lipstick. I went for the classic Rimmel 107, which never lets me down. I completely love this outfit and if i had a Christmas party booked it would be my go too look. what do you think? what are you guys wearing to your party's this Christmas?

The Velvet Trend 5 picks - Head to Toe

So let me just start by saying these bad boy's were hard to pick. To pick only 5 items from the mountain of velvet that is on the high street was so hard but i think i have found some real gem's and i absolutely love them all. So if you haven't guessed already i decided to do a very similar post to my leopard print Head to Toe post linked here. It seemed to go down really well and the more i thought about it, what perfect time to talk velvet, then the festive season. Velvet is so huge this season, its hard not to love it, the shades of velvet are beautiful and there are so many ways of incorporating velvet into your wardrobe and outfits. So let me show you five ways to wear the Velvet trend.

1. Choker - Accessorize - So the first item is the ideal way  to wear velvet if your not too sure on the trend, but like to keep up to date, and like me, love your accessories. The return of the choker has been huge this year and is still going strong. There are tons of velvet chokers, thin, thick, sparkly, on the market at the moment. This is one i have in particular and have worn to death over the last couple of months. Its really simple with a single pearl pendant attached but it is so versatile. I like wearing it with black with my work outfits or wearing it with thick cozy jumpers for that contrast in textures. You really can't go wrong with this one and its such an easy way to wear a trend this winter.
2. Dress - Topshop - Next up is the dress from the brand Rare which is sold on Topshop. Isn't it gorgeous!? The perfect Burgundy red shade for Christmas and perfect for that Christmas party or night out. This would also be a great piece for a winter wedding so useful for many occasions and something you could keep in your wardrobe for years to come. The bardot trend is still going strong, and its a trend i love. Sexy but covered is my go to look, and having your decolletage on show is much more appealing then having your boobs out (in my opinion.) Pair this with a pair of black pointed courts and black satin bag for a real contrast in materials and you are good to go.

3. Skirt - Missguided - Now this Skirt really caught my eye and for good reason too. First off it is super cheap. Second its a great colour and third the drop hem skirt is a beautiful style and fit. You could wear this day or night and rock it both ways no problem. For the evening a lace trim cami and some heeled sandals will look gorgeous. To keep it more casual in the day a simple white shirt tucked in and some over the knee black boots will make a killer outfit and perfect for strolling around the city, immersed in all the Christmas lights. You could even wear this on christmas day with a cozy jumper for that super festive look. Endless outfits and very little dollar is always a winner in my books.

4. Boots - Zara - Now these have to be my favourite out of all the velvet picks in this post. I literally love them. Everything about them screams fashion, style and elegance. I love that they are a little bit different with the exposed zip and tie up detail. There are so many trends going on in one little boot its hard not to squeal with delight. The colour is the perfect shade of blue navy, that they will still look great with black jeans, but also all the other Christmas colours, red, green, metallic's. I would style these little beautys with an all black outfit. A black satin shirt, some black skinny jeans and a pop of red lipstick and you are ready for your date night or drinks with the girls.

5. Watch - Cluse - Now last but not least is one for the real velvet lover and also a great Christmas gift this year and that is this velvet strapped watch from Cluse. Now if you haven't seen my gift guide already i will link it here, but i featured one of the Cluse watches in that too. They are such a good price point and there really is something for everyone in there range. This blue velvet watch is just one from there velvet collection and i just think its a perfect statement accessory. Whats better if the velvet is just a phase your going through at the time the Cluse straps are the easiest to mix and match with super easy interchangeable straps. what more could you want!

So that is my five velvet picks, what do you think? I love them all and am really getting into the velvet trend this year, so go make a little velvet purchase this Christmas and put a smile on your face. Hope you enjoyed this post, there will be more from me this week as I am trying to blog every other day in December, my take on the 12 days of Christmas. Please be sure to go over to my Instagram @amyrowleyy and to follow me on bloglovin for more updates.

Lydia Elise Millen, Monica Vinader and going to events on your own!

When I saw that there was a meet up at a Monica vinader store, with Lydia Elise millen as the star of the show, I knew I had to go. My favourite blogger and jewellery brand in one, what more could I ask for. At first I was really apprehensive to go on my own. First off I get nervous and awkward at the best of times and also what would I say, how would I start a conversation with anyone let alone Lydia!! However after tweeting about this and getting a fast response from Lydia herself I decided what have I really got to loose, and as I wasn't at work this day what excuse did I have?! None. So on Thursday evening I headed to London to see what it would be like. It's the first meet up I had ever been too so I really wasn't sure what to expect or how it was going to work. But when I got there I realised , no one else was either. Everyone was in the same boat and it made it a lot easier then expected. I started speaking to a lovely couple of girls and we all expressed our nerves but excitement too.

Let's start off by saying the Monica Vinader store is beautiful! It was there flagship store on duke or York square and it didn't disappoint. All the staff were lovely and we were given a glass of bubbly which definitely helped those nerves a little. We all seemed to naturally form a que and after waiting for a little while, myself and another lady Maria who had buddied up, finally got to meet and speak to Lydia and also her partner Allie. They were both honestly the nicest people, so down to earth and humble and she looked just as incredible as she does on social media! (I know I'm fangirling a bit, but hey we all have our inspirations)  we talked for a while about her YouTube channel, lumi her cat and random conversations about Allie and their boiler too . Haha yes that's right, it really was like talking to a good friend.

After having our conversation, we were then allowed to browse the store and the lovely jewellery , and kindly treated to 20% off, if we wished to make a purchase. I very reluctantly behaved myself and just mentally put everything I saw on my wish list! However the signature bangles really caught my eye, so I feel a purchase maybe made sooner rather then later.

I really just wanted to make this blogpost to tell you that is definitely okay to go to these events like these on your own. 6 months ago I wouldn't have dreamed of it but starting my blog has given me a lot more confidence and makes me think why not, much more often, which is good. Don't worry about what everyone else will think, do what makes you happy and explore your hobbies like any other person would!

Hope you enjoyed this little post from me, I'm blogging every other day leading up to Christmas so be sure to follow me on bloglovin and instagram (@amyrowleyy) for lots more festive fun and fashion!

Thanks for reading my lovelies! Xx

Fancy Flares and Textures - Autumn Trends

I am so happy to finally have some new outfits to share with you. Autumn is without a doubt my favourite season for fashion, food, weather..well everything really. So of course I've been loving all of the current autumnal trends that are on the high street at the moment. Flares being one of them. They were big in the summer and they are continuing to fill the shops, flared sleeves are everywhere. They can turn a classic shirt into something new and give a real elegance to an outfit, which is why i love this trend. When i saw this shirt from riverisland i knew i had to have it. Its so beautiful but whats better it's two trends in one. The cami style top over the top of it, sparks another trend, cami layering. Cami dresses, and tops over t-shirts were huge this summer, so its nice to see something on the high street that can take us into the autumn months.

* Flared shirt and cami - Riverisland *

Textures are always huge in the colder months in the UK, along with the heavy knits and the velvet and satin, leather trousers have always been a favourite of mine. They are a great staple in your autumn wardrobe as they can be taken from day to night, as well as keep a simple pair of jeans or trousers more interesting and a little more on trend. I found these high-waisted ones from New look, they were under £25 and fit like a glove. I really enjoy wearing these on a night out, but also dressed down with trainers for that effortlessly cool look.

* Coated leather look jeans - New look *

My boots are another little gem from River island, suedette ankle boots with a little gold zip up the back. The suede compliments the leather so well, as my love for suede continues. I dont know about you but boots are simply my favourite type of shoe. I could own 100 pairs of boots and still find another pair that i wanted to add to the mix. I love the textures they give to the outfit and i think they finish it off perfectly. Just a heads up they come up super small and tight so be sure to try before you buy.

* Black Suedette ankle boots - Riverisland *

Last but not least for accessories i wanted to add a splash of gold to my jewellery. This beautiful star and moon ring is from accessorize and i love it. I have had so many compliments on it, and for a gold plated item under £20 you really cant go wrong. My silver rings are from Pandora and are just a selection of their stacking rings i'm wearing at the moment. For my necklace i paired it with this beautiful layering Asos necklace with tiny little moon and circle charms hanging from several gold chains. It is super cute and compliments the neckline of the shirt perfectly. It just adds that little bit of detail and sparkle, which every outfit needs.

* Necklace - Asos, Star and moon ring - Accessorize*

I absolutely adore every item in this outfit and can't recommend the pieces enough. The perfect outfit for a smart day out and about, or even day to night as this could still look stylish and put together for an evening do. I hope you enjoyed the look.

Drop Hem Gorgeous

Now this is what i can a chilled weekend outfit. Heading out for Sunday brunch and a walk with the dog, or running into town for errands. These kind of outfits have to be really comfortable, effortlessly cool and the more layers to the outfit the better, especially for winter. I saw this top, the other day when i was buying work uniform, yep that's right i go in for black trousers and tops i come out of the shop with a pink tee. Sounds about right. I love this dusty rose pink colour, that seems to be all the rage still this season. Spring time it was everywhere and i have a gorgeous pink coat this colour so i'm glad to see its still going strong for autumn/winter. I think this top could be worn with heeled boots and a leather jacket to make it look a little more sophisticated if that is what your all about. I just wanted to show you how an understated outfit can still look cool.
This top is from Vila i bought it in Fenwick Colchester, however i can't seem too find it anywhere online. There is a very similar longer sleeved top on the Vila website though so take a look at that one if you like this. Link Here.

* Converse - Kurt Geiger *

For this very casual spin on things i decided to keep it simple and throw on a plain pair of black wash denim, skinny of course and some black converse. I have always had white converse till quite recently when i picked these up from Kurt Geiger. I literally love them, i forgot how comfortable Converse can be and i find these black are actually more stylish and versatile then the white ones at times. If you don't own a pair of Converse then get yourself some, you won't regret it!

I definitely can't get the hang of this posing malarkey clearly *sighs*

* Khaki parka Jacket - H&M *

* Badges - Zara *

For those colder and blustery days, a throw on jacket is just what you need to take this outfit to the next level. I bought this khaki parka Jacket type thing from H&M a little while ago and i literally love it. I bought it in a size 10 so it was slightly over sized and i just throw it over anything, especially as i am always cold without a doubt. There are loads of these floating about on the market, with badges and all sorts on them but i like this more simple version. I did however attach some cute little pin badges from Zara to give it a little bit of texture and added interest.

I hope you like this slightly more casual outfit post from me today, i know i definitely like wearing these outfits they may be more simplistic but also realistic so great for every day.

5 Work Wear Staples and keeping your work wardrobe interesting

Do you ever feel like your work wardrobe is lacking and it bores you to think of something to put on in the morning? Do you feel like buying work wear items is a bore and so uninteresting? Well join the club. I say to myself every month, right lets invest a little and buy a couple of nice bits for my work wardrobe, but it just never happens and it honestly frustrates me so much. I get so fed up of putting on the same items every week and thinking oh that will do. I want to still feel stylish and trendy in my work wear clothes and know that if last minute drinks after work is offered i wont be afraid to say no because i look and feel like i'm wearing a sack. So today i'm gonna share with you 5 work wear staples that we all need in our wardrobe and a couple of tips on how to keep your work outfits interesting and trendy.

1. The first Staple in your work wear wardrobe life is a simple white shirt. They don't have to cost loads and you can find them anywhere so its an easy one to start off with. White shirts are most possibly one of the most versatile pieces any person could have in their wardrobe. You can wear them under things, throw things over them and layer to your hearts content. They also look great with any kind of bottoms. Whats even better is you don't have to keep this to work wear only...No. A nice white shirt will look so cute and stylish with some ripped jeans and heels, or pair of trainers.

* White shirt - H&M *

2. The second staple you should have is a great pair of black trousers. Each individual will prefer a different fit to suit there body shape so that my friends is up to you, but a good fitting pair of black trousers is something everybody needs. Don't be afraid to invest in them either, because when you find that perfect pair you wont want to take them off for days. For me i'm quite short and have a small waist and small legs, so i always tend to suit petite skinny trousers, as the straight leg can sometimes make me look a little silly.

* Trousers - Warehouse *

3. A little black dress is the third staple in your work wardrobe. Following on from my last post (link here,) i think that this is something every girl needs and not just for work but casual too. I think it is important to pick something that fits nicely and is comfortable to work in all day. With work wear, the fit of the pieces is probably one of the most important things. To keep things interesting, any detailing on the dress is welcome, you don't need to keep it plain and simple, mess around with things like lace, embroidery and embellishment.

* LBD - Zara *

4. The next staple is a Blazer. A great blazer can make anything look professional, so if your down to your last t shirt and trousers combination, you can chuck on this blazer and automatically you look ready for business. Again i'm gonna bang on about the fit of the products but it really does make all the difference. I like quite a fitted style that cinches me in at the waist to create some curves that really aren't there, however if your prefer a more relaxed look, the boyfriend fit blazer can look really nice too, a little bit more effortlessly cool.

* Blazer - Topshop *

5. A pair of comfortable shoes is the last and final work wear staple. Whether they are flat black loafers or a pair of comfortable pair of heels it is so important to make sure you are comfortable. Especially if like me you are on your feet all day. Personally i'm more a flats girl however in the winter i prefer to wear ankle boots with a slight heel just to mix things up a little.

* Heeled loafers - Asos *

Texture - Now on to those tips to keep things interesting.and the first is to play with textures and different fabrics. For instance a chiffon blouse or a top with pleats or embroidery will give that extra boost to your wardrobe. Plisse pleat culottes are all the rage at the moment so pair those with your white shirt and it will look a lot more interesting then a simple black skirt. Ruffles are also really on trend at the moment so try and incorporate fashion trends in subtle ways.

Accessories - If all else fails jazz up your work wardrobe with some fancy accessories. Use jewellery, or a cute belt or scarf to add texture pattern and trends to your work wardrobe. By adding a simple choker to a white shirt, or a silk scarf you can make an outfit 10 times more interesting. The same goes for shoes, a funky pair of boots with detail to the heel or a pair of pointy patent heels can take an outfit from boring to wow.

I hope you liked my tips and picks for your work wardrobe, and its inspired you to have a little more fun with it. Your work wardrobe doesn't have to feel like a chore.

That 'Gucci' loafer

If like me your always on the look out for a designer dupe, something that looks the part but dosent come with the price tag, then your in the right place. I'm sure by now you will know that my love for the Gucci trends at the moment. The embroidery, the red floral prints and the famous Dionysus bag, that every blogger and their mother has. Well anyway, the huge Gucci loafer trend has gone crazy on the high street and i have found a cute pair of dupes for under £30. Yes people.. £30!!
I picked my pair up from Topshop, they are pleather so, so inexpensive and perfect for a trend like this that might not be around forever. You can however spend a little bit more if you wish and get a cute leather pair for just over £60. Not bad considering the real thing is about £500. I will link mine and a couple of others below for you to take a little peak at and maybe treat yourself.
With winter on the way they are just the perfect pair of shoes for that in between awkward season stage, where your wardrobes not sure if it needs another tea dress or a heavy knit jumper. You can literally wear these babies with everything in your wardrobe.  They make a t-shirt and jeans combo trendy, or team them with a dress and some tights for a girly look. I know i'm definitely going to get my wear out of them this season.

For this look i have paired my loafers, with some gorgeous black wash jeans, with embroidery at the top. I love the embroidered jeans going around at the moment but these are perfect for that little more understated look, with just a couple of patches. What is great about these is a blouse tucked in and a statement belt will look the bomb, showing the embroidery off and rocking a statement piece. However pull the shirt out and leave it flowing, simple no fuss pair of denim and no one would ever know. I'm not one of these people that wear something once and throw it away..no no i like to get my fair share of wears out of an item, so these are perfect for just that.

* Embroidered jeans - Newlook *

* Pleated Tank - H&M (not online sorry), similar from Riverisland *

For my top, another huge trend at the moment, especially in terms of culottes, but i have paired this look with a cute high neck plisse pleat tank. This again is such a versatile piece and could be worn dressed up or down. I might even wear it to work, with some smart trousers just to keep  things interesting in that department. Its a lightweight fabric so perfect for the autumn months especially with the waves of random heat we keep having in England. I picked this item up from H&M and it was a right little bargain at £7.99, i love H&M for these little items as they are never over priced and even if you did only wear it a couple of times, you know you have your wear out of the item.

* Hamsa hand necklace - Accessorize *

For accessories i kept it pretty simple with my everyday bracelet stack, a mix from Pandora, Chlobo and Thomas Sabo. My necklace is a new find from the 'z' collection in accessorize, the cute hamsa hand is gold plated and was just over a tenner. I have seen so many similar on the market for a small fortune so i had to pick it up. For any of you interested i have written a blog post all about some of my favourite jewellery brands, i will link it below if any of you are interested.

I hope you enjoyed reading this style post from me, keep reading for more this week, as London fashion week is on i thought i would do something a little different.

My top Jewellery brand picks

Anyone that knows me will know my love for anything sparkly or pretty, and will also know how much i love jewellery in general. I think jewellery is great for many things. It can be the perfect gift for someone, personal or pretty. But they are also a great way of jazzing up an outfit, creating a statement or taking something and turning it into something beautiful and much more on trend then it was before. Take a choker for instance. Pop a plain white tee on, with a pair of ripped denim jeans, plain and simple but add a simple black choker and boots and bobs your uncle, your a fashionista in the making. I happen to work with jewellery every day, and i know lots of the insides and outs, so i thought why not share with you some of my favourite brands, and a couple of picks from each one.

Monica Vinader - Initial Necklace

Accessorize - Pearl Choker

Monica Vinader - for any of you reading this that know me well,  you will know this is my number one all time favourite jewellery brand. I can happily say i like every piece they do and would be a very happy bunny if someone treated me to something, just like i have been in the past. My fascination for the brand started way back when i started watching the makeup goddess that is Lisa Eldridge on YouTube. She used to wear two beautiful rings with semi precious stones in and from then on i was obsessed. I own two pieces of there jewellery, both gifts from special people in my life and i love them. You will have probably seen one of them a lot on my Instagram account (@amyrowleyy) and that is my rose gold initial necklace. I am forever getting compliments on it and it goes with everything. Currently on my wish list are the new Linear stone bracelet and rings, as well as the gorgeous signature bangle in rose gold (hint hint). With most Monica Vinader jewellery you can get it personalised which is a lovely touch i think, perfect for the Christmas months that are looming.

Pandora - Moments Charm Bracelet,  Monica Vinader - Bangle

Chlobo - My next jewellery favourite is a brand called Chlobo. It is a brand I work with on a day to day basis and its a firm favourite all round.  The idea behind the brand is all about the stack, and the meanings behind each charm. They are all sterling silver or gold plated, and the bracelets are on a stretchy silicone cord, so they are super easy to get on and off. There main focus are the stacking bracelets,  but they do a lovely range of necklaces and earrings also. The tassel charm is my favourite, manly because it is so pretty but also because it is supposed to distract evil and negativity, which i think everyone needs a bit of in there life. I was kindly given a  bracelet in a work competition but i'm eager to add to my stack. There new collection comes out the end of September and it has some beautiful pieces in it so be sure to check it out.

(Close up of Pandora bracelet, Chlobo bracelet and Pandora essence bangle)

Pandora - Next up is the very popular and most known brand for sure, and that is Pandora. You really can't go wrong with Pandora. It in my eyes for the quality is very affordable, and it is for all ages. The charm bracelets are of course the main star, however i think that the rings, and some of there more sophisticated collections are hidden gems. I'm very lucky to own a fair amount of their jewellery that i have been gifted and collected over the years. They are very clever and i always think that their marketing is fantastic. As a brand they continue to bring out different collections, as often as possible for all the different seasons, which is what makes it so addictive and interesting.

Accessorize 'Z' Range - Last but not least, is definitely a more affordable and budget friendly jewellery brand, but still of good quality and beautiful designs. The Accessorize 'Z' range, is sterling silver or gold plated jewellery, in very intricate and delicate designs. Some of the pieces include semi precious stones or cubic zirconia for some added sparkle, and its safe to say i struggle with choosing what pieces i like the most every time i go to have a look at the collection in my nearest store. I have a small collection of some of the pieces and each piece is as adorable as the next. For anyone on a budget but like me you love jewellery and expensive looking delicate pieces, that look good layered head over to accessorize. Pieces are all around the £12 to £25 mark. Oh and heads up if you get yourself a Accessorize reward card, you could get 20% off this Thursday and Friday (8th,9th September,) so go and treat yourself to something pretty.
